Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We are currently offering free shipping for a limited time. When this offer ends, for orders under $25 we offer $5 flat-rate shipping. All other products we offer $9.99 flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders to the United States, with an expected delivery time of 5 to 8 business days.
We also offer UPS Next-Day Early Air which is the only guaranteed service UPS offers. The flat fee is $60. Any unused express shipping fees will be refunded. IMPORTANT: orders received after 12:00 noon may not be processed for next day delivery, until the following day. We will do our best to get these out the day you order. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside the U.S. If you have a special request please email margaret@timelesstartans.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@timelesstartans.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
